National program „Business Fair Play” is on the Polish market since 1998. It evaluates all aspects of the company, including the style and manner of its conduct. This year’s edition is the fifteenth and it is accompanied by the motto: „The people makes the company”. The program promotes a culture of ethics and entrepreneurship in business, making them a priority idea – ethics are understood in this context as the application of standards of behavior in their relations with business partners, customers, employees, shareholders, local communities and local authorities and the state.
December 7, 2012 took place the Final Gala of the 15th edition of the „Fair Play”. The ceremony was held in the Congress Hall of the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw. Stanislaw Voloshin, Chairman of the Board of RAFSTAL, received from the hands of Milosz Omastki diploma with the title „Fair Play”.
